…THE REST OF THE STORY
Some would say that getting a contract on a property in 5 days was just a matter of being in the right place at the right time, or luck. We say “sure” that could possibly be part of the story, but, in our opinion, there is more, much more, to the rest of the story. We believe today’s real estate market requires professionalism, expertise, current market knowledge, and the right marketing plan. We partner with our client owners to help them “show” their home in the best possible light, so that it will appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers. We “fine tune” the listing price to maximize the return to our owner clients, while creating the proper level of immediate interest in the market. We then “blitz” the market with a high impact, precisely organized, marketing plan. We believe this combination allows us to capture those elusive “right place at the right time” and “luck” moments.
If you are considering selling your Liongate home, call or email The Kim Wood Team. We study, observe, and work the Liongate real estate market everyday. We are the “Liongate Experts”.
Here are some tips to help your house shine when you are selling.

Chester County Library
Chester County gets blanketed with more snow! And…. Phil, the groundhog saw his shadow…. I think this means more books, warm blankets, and cuddle time.
Are you aware of the great resources available with a free library membership in the Chester County Library System? They are one of the best library networks that I’ve experienced. I’m sure some of you think those spiny things with pages that you turn are quickly being replaced by digital turners, but I like to feel the pages in my hands too.
The closest library to the Liongate Community is the branch in Chester Springs on Art School Road. The historic building is a treat in itself.
For other Chester County Library Locations check out their website here.
Free Audio Books to Download
Oh! And if you do like to listen to audio books, did you know about the free downloads of books you can get on their website for members? They have many titles – check out the Audio Library here.
You can find a whole lot more resources there too – story hours, free classes, online databases, book reservations, movies, so much more!

I’m partial to snow… I don’t like to tell everyone that, cause I see the wide eyes gaze back to me like “AHHH, you’re crazy!” I like taking pictures of snow covered objects and I like watching from the warmth of my home. But, some people like to go out and travel … if you do, please stay safe!
Remember the road crews work hard to keep the roads cleaned off – and emergency workers need to get to work, so less is better for a while. I was in one of the many accidents on the 30 Bypass last week when another driver hit a patch of ice and lost control – it happens fast !
If you have somewhere you need to be, you can check out road conditions here on The Team website.
Stay warm!
